Term of Room: August 15 2026 – August 14 2027
Term of Board: Ten (10) meals* per week (Monday through Friday) from the first day of classes (September 2, 2026) through the last.
This excludes:

- Winter Recess (Friday, December 11, 2026 – Monday, January 18, 2027)

- Room Deposit: $400
- Deposits can be paid via check mailed to Zoe Bayliss [636 Langdon St Madison, WI 53703]
- Full monthly payment includes both room and board. Payments shall be made via Appfolio.
- Rent prices
- First floor single room: $582.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
- Second and third floor single room: $551.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
- Double room: $369.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
- Triple room: $291.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
- Quadruple room: $265.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
- *Rent and food charges are to be finalized post-approval of the Madison Community Cooperative Annual Budget in June 2026.
- All utilities and Internet are included in the rent.
- Residents may not opt out of the food charge.
