Rates

Term of Room: August 15 2025 – August 14 2026

Term of Board: Ten (10) meals* per week (Monday through Friday) from the first day of classes (September 3, 2025) through the last.
This excludes:

• • Thanksgiving Recess (Thursday, November 27, 2025 – Sunday, November 30, 2025)
  • Winter Recess (Friday, December 13, 2025 – Tuesday, January 19, 2026)

Payments

• • • Room Deposit: $400
      • Deposits can be paid via check mailed to Zoe Bayliss [636 Langdon St Madison, WI 53703]
    • Full monthly payment includes both room and board. Payments shall be made via Appfolio.
    • Rent prices
      • First floor single room: $570.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
      • Second and third floor single room: $540.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
      • Double room: $365.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
      • Triple room: $290.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
      • Quadruple room: $265.00 rent/month, $1,300.00 food charge/semester (one fall, one spring);
      • *Rent and food charges are to be finalized post-approval of the Madison Community Cooperative Annual Budget in June 2025.
    • All utilities and Internet are included in the rent.
    • Residents may not opt out of the food charge.
